We are seeking applicants for 2 Care Home Managers within the Learning Disability Services in Belfast. Successful applicants will be responsible for the commissioning and delivery of care for adults with learning disability living in the community or who a currently in a hospital setting. These are full-time roles of 37.5 hours per week working on a rota basis. Pay rates range from £19.89 to £31.82 per hour.

This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas such as:

• Provide ongoing monitoring and review of care plans
• To work within a busy and dynamic team
• To assess and manage risk
• To act as an investigating officer under the Adult Protection Policy
• To advocate on behalf of clients and promote client choice
• To convene and chair multi-disciplinary case discussions
• To provide information, advice and guidance to clients and carers
• To act as a keyworker which may include hospital discharges
• To supervise assistant Care Managers work and contribute to their personal development
