First Choice Ballymena are recruiting an Administrator for our client in Antrim. This post will be on a Temporary, ongoing basis. Hours of work will be 9am-5pm with a rate of £8.66 per hour.

What The Job Entails:

This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas including:

  • Undertaking general administration duties and provide admin support
  • Photocopying and preparing documents for distribution
  • Answering telephone calls and processing messages and queries as appropriate

What We Need From You:

  • 3 GCSEs (Grades A-C)
  • 1 year experience in an office environment
  • A knowledge of the role of an administrator
  • Excellent communication skills

What We Would Like From You:

  • A Flexibility in working hours
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
