First Choice are recruiting an admin Minute secretary for our client in the Magherafelt area. This post will be on a Temporary contract basis, hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and the pay rate for this role is £8.90 per hour.

What The Job Entails:

This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas including:

  • Providing full secretarial and minute taking support to the team
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for the department when needed
  • Attend and take part in departmental meetings

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSE’s to include English Language (Grade A-C)
  • 1 year experience working in an office environment
  • Previous experience with minute taking
  • OCR/ RSA Level 2 in typing or word processing

What We Would Like From You:

  • A Flexibility in working hours
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
