Admin Staff (Band 3)

First Choice Selection Services are currently recruiting Full-time Admin Staff for our Public Sector Client located in the Derry/Londonderry area.

Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

Hourly rate: £8.40 per hour

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality routine admin support to individual departments
  • Prepare reports, documents and proposals for senior staff
  • Collect and collate data for the production of Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems within the departments
  • Essential Criteria

  • Five GCSE's inc English and Maths (Grades A - C) OR 18 months relevant experience
  • All applicants must demonstrate working knowledge of spreadsheets and have one year's experience working with Microsoft Office.
