Admin Staff (Band 3)
First Choice Selection Services are currently recruiting Full-time Admin Staff for our Public Sector Client located in the Derry/Londonderry area.
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
Hourly rate: £8.40 per hour
Job DutiesProvide high quality routine admin support to individual departmentsPrepare reports, documents and proposals for senior staffCollect and collate data for the production of Excel spreadsheetsAssist in the administration and implementation of administrative systems within the departments
Essential CriteriaFive GCSE's inc English and Maths (Grades A - C) OR 18 months relevant experienceAll applicants must demonstrate working knowledge of spreadsheets and have one year's experience working with Microsoft Office.
