Administration Assistant – Ballymoney

First Choice Coleraine are looking for a B3 Administrator to work in the Ballymoney area. This job is initially for 6 months which could be extended further. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is a great opportunity to showcase your admin skills and learn new ones. The payrate is £10.09 per hour and you will be working with an established great team.

 What the Job Entails:

  • Call handling, incoming and outgoing, providing Secretarial support, taking detailed referrals, making appointments, and following up on queries
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and service users
  • Reception duties, typing letters, memos, and reports
  • Minute taking
  • Filing and maintaining an efficient up to date record keeping system
  • Liaise with other internal departments and external stakeholders in relation to several issues including, the installation and commissioning of complex equipment and adaptations

What We Need from You:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • IT skills with proven experience in all Microsoft packages and a good knowledge of spreadsheets
  • 4 GCSE’s to include Maths and English (Grade A*-C) or equivalent and 1 years’ experience working in an administration office environment or 2 years’ experience in an office admin environment
