Administration Manager required for the Western Social Care and Trust working in the Foyle area. Successful applicants will work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay will be £12.25 per hour and an immediate start is available. This is a temporary position to last a minimum of 3 months with the likely hood of extension. The post holder will provide a high level of administration support including typing reports, taking minuets, maintaining diaries/schedules and assist in the day to day management of the office
What We Need From You:
- 2 years’ clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages
What We Would Like From You:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
What We Will Offer You:
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
