Administration Officer (Procurement)

Administration/procurement officer required to work in the Procurement and Logistics Service based in Gransha Hospital Site.

This is a full time office based role for an initial period of 9 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm 37.5 hours per week and the rate of pay is £14.53 per hour.

What The Job Entails:

  • Sourcing and purchasing goods and services
  • Involvement in the tendering and invoicing processes
  • Assisting senior Contracts Officers as required
  • Dealing with queries or issues from customers and suppliers
  • Researching and supplying data for a range of different departments and management

What We Need From You:

  • University Degree (or equivalent) plus one year administration experience or two year’s administration experience 
  • High proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience of staff management
  • Previous experience of procurement of products or services is desirable but not essential
