TWO administrators urgently needed to work in Altnagelvin Hospital for the administration team. Both are working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, It is expected that these posts will last around 3 months but there is a good possibility for extension.
About the role:
- Hourly Rate: £11.67 per hour
- Location: Altnagelvin Hospital
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What The Job Entails:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries.
- Manage emails, letters, and other communications.
- Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
- Organise and archive documents and files.
- Schedule and organise meetings.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
What We Need From You:
- 5 GCSEs Grade C and above
- Relevant experience in an office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
