TWO administrators urgently needed to work in Altnagelvin Hospital for the administration team. Both are working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, It is expected that these posts will last around 3 months but there is a good possibility for extension.

About the role: 

  • Hourly Rate: £11.67 per hour 
  • Location: Altnagelvin Hospital
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm  
  • Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What The Job Entails:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries.
  • Manage emails, letters, and other communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital.
  • Organise and archive documents and files.
  • Schedule and organise meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs Grade C and above
  • Relevant experience in an office environment 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
