We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator with Secretarial Duties for our Public Sector Client in Antrim. The successful applicant will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay will be £12.25 per hour and an immediate start is available.   This is a temporary position lasting 6 months minimum but good chance of being extended.

The main duties of this role will include providing administrative and secretarial support e.g. Diary management, minute taking and taking calls. You will be responsible for the coordination of their workload and will act as the reference point for all internal and external enquiries relating to the Directors.

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs to include English (Grade A*-C)
  • Relevant clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages
