Immediate start required for an administrator based in Armagh with the opportunity to go hybrid. This is based in a hospital setting within the HRPST team. This role is initially for 12 months, hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, Rate of pay for this role is £11.11. This role offers the potential of a hybrid setting.

This role will be to help with the management of the operation of the Human resources team working alongside various departments. Candidates will be responsible for issues physical and digital use IDs for the trust systems, alongside handling any issues password reset or reissuing ID cards when needed. Candidates will also be involved with helping implement any new systems for the trust.

What We Need from You:

  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • At least 1 years’ administration experience
  • Minute taking experience
  • Excellent computer skills
