We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator with Secretarial Duties for our Public Sector Client in Antrim. The successful applicant will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay will be £12.25 per hour and an immediate start is available. This is a temporary position lasting 6 months minimum but good chance of being extended.
The main duties of this role will include providing secretarial and administrative support including typing and word-processing as required and planning/co-ordinating disciplinary meetings, including management of Ward, Team-Lead and/or Consultant diaries. Audio typing experience would be desirable.
What We Need From You:
5 GCSEs to include English (Grade A*-C)
Relevant clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office
What We Will Offer You:
