Job Duties

  • Answering telephone calls and monitoring emails
  • Data input and Updating records
  • Diary Management
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Creating and sending letters
  • Interaction with staff
  • Use of company computer system
  • General administration duties
  • Essential Criteria

  • Previous administration experience
  • 5 GCSE’s including Math’s and English
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills

    What We Will Offer You:


    • Rates of Pay £8.66 for Band 2, £8.90 for Band 3 and £10.20 for Band 4
    • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
    • Inclusion into our company pension scheme


    The Nitty Gritty:

    • Hours of work are Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
    • 30-minute Lunch Break
    • Immediate starts available for the right candidate
