Associate Psychologist – Belfast
Associate Psychologist required to work with our client the Belfast Trust in a university health centre Belfast, supporting the work of the Adult Psychological Therapies Service (APTS).
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality psychological care under the supervision of a qualified psychologist. You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions, working independently within a structured care plan and in accordance with service policies and
procedures.
Experience using microcomputers for databases or data- analysis, especially SPSS for Windows is preferred. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hourly pay rate of £15.33. This post will initially last for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
What We Need From You
- An upper second class honours degree or higher in psychology.
- Entitlement to graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working as an assistant psychologist with at least one of these years working with mental health difficulties in a mental health service.
- Be willing to undergo an Access NI Check
