Band 2 Administrators
First Choice Selection Services in Bangor are currently looking for Band 2 Administrators administrators for various roles within both the public sector.
Duties can include;
- Answering telephone calls and monitoring emails
- Data input and Updating records
- Diary Management
- Preparing reports and documents
- Creating and sending letters
- Interaction with staff
- Use of company computer system
- General administration duties
- Previous administration experience
- 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- Monday-Friday working pattern
- 9am-5pm – 37.5 hours per week
