What The Job Is:

We have several immediate opportunities in the Craigavon area for Administrative Staff to join our team. These roles include a range of administrative and reception duties and are for a 6 month period initially. Roles commence in Craigavon and will relocate to Loughgall from Octobe2020. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

Who The Job Is For:

Our client is in the public sector and is part of the Finance, Procurement and Estates Department.

 What The Job Entails:

  • Answering telephone calls and monitoring emails
  • Data input and Updating records
  • Diary Management
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Creating and sending letters
  • Interaction with staff
  • Use of company computer system
  • General administration duties

What We Need From You:

  • 1 years previous administration experience
  • 4 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grades A-C including English and Maths
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills

What We Will Offer You:

  • £10.09 per hour
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
  • Inclusion into our company pension scheme

 The Nitty Gritty:

  • Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • 1 Hour unpaid Lunch Break
  • 24 Hour on call service that can be accessed for emergencies
  • Closing date of advertisement 21.09.20
  • Immediate starts available
