Band 3 Outpatients Receptionist

Band 3 Outpatient Receptionist required for an immediate start with our public sector client in Antrim. This post will be working 30 hours a week between Monday and Friday paying £10.40 per hour. It is expected that this position will last for approximately 3 months with the possibility of extension.  The main duties of the role will include undertaking a full range of reception duties at out-patients department, dealing courteously with patients, relatives and multi-disciplinary team.

What We Need From You:

• 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
• 1 year reception experience
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

What We Would Like From You:

• Driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial but not essential

What We Will Offer You:

• £10.40 per hour
• A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
