First Choice is recruiting a Temporary Book Keeper for a company based in Antrim for a 6 month contract.
Job DutiesProcess Sales Orders received from customersUpdate invoices daily and ensure payments are received for COD transactionsEnsure that customers accounts don’t go over credit limits and are paid promptly and keep within payment termsConduct a monthly reconciliation of every back account – weekly updates on the current accountConduct periodic reconciliations of all payroll accounts and intercompany accounts to ensure their accuracyMaintain petty cash including processing & reconciliationAssemble information for external auditors for the annual audit as requested
Essential CriteriaExperience of book-keeping and knowledge of accounting principlesWoking knowledge and experience of Sage line 50Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Hours of work are 9.00am -5pm Monday to Friday.
- Hourly rate will be £10.00p/h
