First Choice is recruiting a Temporary Book Keeper for a company based in Antrim for a 6 month contract.

Job Duties

  • Process Sales Orders received from customers
  • Update invoices daily and ensure payments are received for COD transactions
  • Ensure that customers accounts don’t go over credit limits and are paid promptly and keep within payment terms
  • Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every back account – weekly updates on the current account
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all payroll accounts and intercompany accounts to ensure their accuracy
  • Maintain petty cash including processing & reconciliation
  • Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit as requested
  • Essential Criteria

  • Experience of book-keeping and knowledge of accounting principles
  • Woking knowledge and experience of Sage line 50
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

    • Hours of work are 9.00am -5pm Monday to Friday.
    • Hourly rate will be £10.00p/h
