Butcher

We have an excellent opportunity to work with a long-established Butchery based in the South Belfast area. The hours of work will be 8.00am – 5:30pm Tuesday to Saturday with a pay rate of £12 per hour. This role will start at the end of April and initially will start on a temporary bases with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person after 16 weeks.

Main Duties

• Customer Service / Cash handling
• Cutting boning and trimming
• Managing stock
• Follow all food safety measures.

The successful candidate is required to be a qualified Butcher with previous Butcher experience.
