Children’s Support Worker – Belfast

We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers for a New Children’s Home based in East Belfast caring for Children and Adolescents with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. This will entail working with children and adolescents with varying abilities and assisting with daily activities, Updating care plans and promoting independence where possible and encouraging self-support.
This will be a temporary on-going full-time position for 6 months, working on a rota basis, with a Basic pay rate of £13.57-£21.71 per hour depending on shift worked. The shifts are 7am-2pm, 1pm-9pm and 9pm-9am and includes weekends.
What We Need From You
- 6 months experience in a Healthcare Setting or experience working with Children
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
