Clerical Officer – Downpatrick

We have a vacancy for a Temporary Clerical Officer to work within the Medical Records team within the Downshire Hospital, Downpatrick for a period of at least 3 months with possible extension.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the patient record system, completing requests from consultants to locate files and deliver them to the correct department. You will also be required to update the bespoke computer system in order to log the requests.

Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am -5pm (37.5 hours per work) with a pay rate of £10.37 per hour.

Candidates must have GCSE Maths and English and be available for an immediate start.
