Contracts Administrator – Belfast

Administrator immediately required to work within the Contracts Department at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. This role is a temporary full time position working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will earn £11.67 per hour.

The main duties of this role will require a successful candidate to arrange and provide administrative support such as minute taking, follow up of actions on contract review meetings, data entry, handling confidential information, maintaining diaries and dealing with telephone enquiries.

What We Need From You

  • 5 GCSE’S grade A*- C including English and Maths
  • 1 year administrative or clerical experience at a Band 3 Level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
