Cook – Foyle and Limavady

Temporary position available for a to work within a Children’s home in the Foyle area. Immediate starts available and set to last around 3 months with the possibility of extension. 

About the role: 

• Hourly Rate: £11.67-£19.72 per hour 
• Location: Foyle
• Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week, various shifts including weekends  
• Duration: Temporary, ongoing

This role will see the successful applicant undertake preparation and cooking of meals for young people and staff, supervision of the assistant cook, general household tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment, maintain a warm and welcoming and homely kitchen, work within the agreed purchasing budget.

What We Need From You:

• Basic food Hygiene Certificate
• Previous experience as a Cook 
• Knowledge of different dietary requirements 
• Flexible with the ability to work weekends
