We have an excellent Permanent opportunity with a local company in Ballymena who provide financial services.  Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with an annual salary of £23,000 with a company bonus. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team where they encourage progression and training.   

In this role you will be acting as the first point of contact in face-to-face, online or telephone interactions. Operating branch systems and accurately carry out a range of daily tasks including start and end of day processes and till operations. Full training and induction provided.

What We Need From You:

  • 6 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Maths
  • Experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Strong MS Office and IT skills.
