Deputy Head of Recruitment – Armagh

Deputy Head of Recruitment required for an immediate start working with our Public Sector client based in Armagh. This is a temporary post initially for 4 months with the possibility of extension.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the opportunity to work up to 2 days from home. The pay rate is £30.16 per hour.
The postholder will be responsible for the management and delivery of recruitment and selection services. Duties will include, but are not limited to, performance management, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines, data management, staff training, developing and implementing SOPs, budget management, and producing reporting information.
What We Need From You
- A relevant university degree or professional qualification
- 3 years experience in a HR management role preferably in the management and delivery of recruitment services
