Factory Operative- Dungiven

Our client in the Dungiven area is looking for Factory Operatives to join their team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:00 and Friday 07:00–14:00. The role is temporary ongoing, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble, finish, and prepare timber, aluminium, PVCu, and alu-clad products according to specifications
- Inspect products throughout production to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and tidy work area while following all safety procedures and using PPE
- Set up and operate production machinery efficiently and report any issues promptly
- Pack and label finished goods for delivery
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain smooth workflow
What We Need From You
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Good attention to detail
