Helpdesk Operator – Belfast

We currently have a great opportunity for a Helpdesk Operator to work with our client based in North Belfast. With a salary of £11.50 per hour this post is a permanent role and the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 1.30 pm. The role is due to start immediately for the right candidate.
The main duties for these posts will be:
- Updating records and entering data into computerised system
- Monitoring of jobs from allocation to completion
- Answering incoming calls from clients to the help desk
- Booking appointments, using computerised system, diary management
- Liaising with Operatives, Management and Sub-contractors
What We Need from You:
- 6 months experience in an administration role
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work well with others in an office environment
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management Company
