Higher Clerical Officer – Omagh

Higher Clerical Officer required for an immediate start working in the Family & Childcare department, based in Hollyvilla, Omagh.

This is a temporary role, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour.

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and report preparation. Maintain accurate records, manage databases and stationery supplies, handle enquiries, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth running of departmental operations.

What We Need From You

  • 5 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • 1 years administrative or clerical experience
  • Experience with PARIS is desired.
