HR Officer – Antrim

First Choice are recruiting a HR Officer to join the Human Resources team at Northern Trust Headquarters, Antrim. This is a temporary role until March 2026 (with the possibility of extension), working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a pay rate of £15.33 per hour. 

The successful candidate will support Employee Relations, Attendance and Inclusion (ERAI), manage HR cases, assist with investigations, deliver training, and provide guidance to staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advice and support on employee relations, attendance, and inclusion issues

Manage HR cases and escalate complex matters as needed

Undertake or support investigations and prepare documentation for hearings and appeals

Coordinate attendance reviews and return-to-work checks

Deliver or assist with HR-related training sessions

Supervise and support junior HR staff

Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous service improvement

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria’s

  1. Relevant university degree with relevant HR experience
  2. A CIPD – recognised Certificate in personnel with relevant HR experience
  3. 3 years experience working in a HR Department
