Skilled Joiner urgently required to work with our Client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Coleraine. The role offers £13.91 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:40pm, with an immediate start. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months but has potential to be extended.
The successful candidate will undertake all necessary joinery work in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive properties and buildings. Key duties include:
- Delivering high-quality joinery services to Housing Executive stock
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Liaising with customers to arrange appointments and discuss required work
What We Need From You
- Minimum of 1 year joinery experience
- Basic AccessNI check required
