First Choice are excited to be seeking a Legal Admin Assistant to join our client  Ballymena team and support the daily office procedures and reception duties for our busy client.

If you have previous experience as a Legal Admin Assistant or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Being Part of a team in a legal Secretary office
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Audio typing
  • PA duties to the Solicitors
  • Reception duties
  • Being able to hand a large call volumes
  • Organising and operating the office filing system
  • Typing and processing various legal documents
  • Diary management
  • Composing and sends emails
  • Answering queries by employees and clients

Requirements

  • 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Location – Ballymena Area
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
  • Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Breaks given on shift
  • 24 Hour on call service that can be accessed for emergencies
  • Start Date for role is asap once legal checks are completed

What We Will Offer You

  • £8.21 - £9.50 per hour depending on experience
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
