Maintenance Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading paint manufacturer based in East Belfast, we are recruiting a Maintenance Manager. This role will start immediately offering a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum. Hours of work will be 7.45am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday however the successful candidate must offer flexibility around these hours.

What The Job Entails:

● Electrical and mechanical maintenance

● Liaise with electrical contractors

● Manage downtime

● Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections

● Completion of reports

● Control of inventory

● Planning of installation projects

What We Need from You:

● Previous experience in a similar environment

● Excellent English both written and spoken

● Excellent communication skills

● Full Clean Driving licence
