Office Manager URGENTLY needed for an immediate start to join a busy Estate Agent in the Magherafelt Area. This will be a PERMANENT role with the hours of work being Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and the occasional evening and an annual salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience.

As the successful applicant your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting with the overall running of the Administration of the Office 
  • Talking with clients, dealing with and negotiating offers on estates (Full Training Provided). 
  • Working on adding listings to appropriate places and supporting with paperwork that follows
  • Assisting with any other related tasks to assist in the running of the branch.

What we need from you:

  • Relevant experience working in an Office Setting
  • Estate Agent Office experience Desirable but not essential. 
  • Previous sales experience ideal.
