Painter

ONE Painter is urgently needed to work in a temporary on-going position around Holywell Hospital in Antrim. This position is set to last at least 3 months with a likelihood of extension. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Duties may include:

• Painting, papering and glazing, and sign writing using stencils.
• Painting maintenance duties including the repair and upkeep of older property.
• Carry out cleaning work to PVC or aluminium fixtures.
• Maintain and effectively use ladders, scaffolds, and steps, notifying line managers of any defects.
• Other reasonable duties as disclosed by the line manager.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm with the rate of pay £13.57

What We Need From You

• 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Recognised CITB Painting Apprenticeship.
• Certified on the CSR or another approved technical qualification.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Access NI Police Check.
