Cook required for an immediate start working in a residential home in Newry. This is a temporary post initially for 2 months with the possibility for extension.
The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours in the week 5 days out of 7 with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.75 per hour on Saturday and £19.72 per hour on Sunday. The successful candidate will need to undergo an Access NI police check.
The main duties will include preparing and cooking food, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation, catering to dietary requirements, maintaining high levels of personal and food hygiene, and stock management.
What We Need From You
- NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation & Cooking or equivalent
- 2 years large scale cooking experience
- Willingness to undergo Access NI check
