Part Time HR Administrator

First Choice Selection Services are currently recruiting a Part time HR Administrator for their public sector client based in Cloughmills.

Job Summary

To work as part of the HR Team to provide a professional and confidential administrative service.

Duties

  • Support for the recruitment on new employees
  • Calculating and recording annual leave, sick leave entitlements
  • Provide information to HR Manager
  • Update employee’s records manually and on the company computer system
  • Telephone duties
  • Dealing with queries
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Data input using Microsoft word and excel

Qualifications/Experience

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • CIPD Registered (Preferred but not essential)
  • 5 Years previous experience working in an HR Administration Role
  • Computer Literate
  • Full clean driving licence

The Nitty Gritty

  • 20hrs per week
  • 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday ( these hours are flexible can be negotiated)
  • Pay £9-10 per hour depending on experience
