Payroll Administrator and Customer Service Advisor

First Choice Bangor have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator with reception and customer service duties to join their growing team.


Job Duties

  • To complete temporary staff payroll on a weekly basis
  • To complete accurate data input records
  • To complete associated manual paperwork in relation to payroll
  • To manage payroll and invoice queries from staff and clients
  • To meet and greet customers and clients and assist with employment queries
  • To assist consultants with customer service contact via telephone and post
  • To assist consultants with communication with employees and clients alike
  • Essential Criteria

  • Must have proven customer service experience
  • Must be fully computer literate in all microsoft packages
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Desired Criteria

  • Previous experience working in a Recruitment Agency would be an advantage

    This role is a full-time permanent role

    Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

    In a busy office environment it is essential that applicants can multi task, meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with all our customers.
