Payroll Administrator and Receptionist
First Choice Ballymena have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator / Receptionist to join their growing team.
Job DutiesTo complete temporary staff payroll on a weekly basisTo complete accurate data input recordsTo complete associated manual paperwork in relation to payrollTo manage payroll and invoice queries from staff and clientsTo meet and greet customers and clients and assist with employment queries
Essential CriteriaMust have proven customer service experienceMust be fully computer literate in all microsft packagesMust have excellent communication skills
Desired CriteriaPrevious experience working in a Recruitment Agency would be an advantage
This role is a full-time permanent role
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
