Permanent Payroll Administrator

We are currently recruiting a Permanent Payroll Administrator on behalf of our client a leading shutter and shopfront manufacturing company based in Lisburn. The annual salary is between £23,000-£25,000 per annum and the working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. This role will start immediately for the right candidate.

Main Duties will include:

  • Checking the number of hours employees have worked.
  • Calculating wages and salaries including deductions
  • Processing payments/ Issuing Payslip
  • Resolving Payroll issues
  • Initiating direct deposits

Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • 1 years’ experience in payroll or Data Entry
