A Personal Secretary is required to work with our client, Business Service Organisation. This post is based within the Health Sector Department  in Linenhall Street, Belfast. This is a temporary ongoing post for a minimum of 6 months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will start immediately and work 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, with a pay rate of £12.86 per hour.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Director of Community Care in an efficient, effective and high-quality manner and to act as a conduit between the Director, Deputy Director, local offices and all other Health and Social Care organisations.

What We Need From You:

  • Four GCSEs including Maths & English (A-C)
  • 2 A Levels
  • 18 months experience
