Personal Secretary

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Secretary for our public sector client in the Derry/Londonderry area. The role will involve high level Secretarial duties including audio typing, organising, and maintaining multiple diaries, accurate record keeping and minute taking. This post will last approximately 3 month which may be extended. Pay rate is £10.40 per hour, Monday to Friday 37.5hrs a week. 2 year’s secretarial experience required.
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Grade C or above)
- Audio typing
- Excellent organisational skills and communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft office including excel
