Planning Officer – Ballymena/Foyle

Planning Officer needed to work in the Ballymena or Foyle Area. This will be a temporary role lasting a minimum of 3 months with hourly pay of £16.37, the hours of work will be 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The
successful candidate will start immediately.

The main duties of this role will include, working with Patch Managers to coordinate repairs and maintenance, working out costs, arranging and attending meetings with clients to resolve any issues, finding and supporting housing projects where needed, evaluating lands for potential housing projects, and working with local communities.

What We Need from You:

• Hold an RTPI qualification or equivalent
• 1 years’ previous experience working in a planning environment
• Possess a current clean driving licence.
