GP Specialty Training Administrative Officer – Belfast

On behalf of our client NI Medical and Dental training agency based in Belfast we are recruiting an GP Speciality Training Administrative Officer. This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
The hours of work are 37.5hrs per week, Monday-Thursday 9am – 5pm and 8:30am – 4:30pm on Friday and the rate of pay is £11.67 per hour.

The main duties for these posts will be –

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Updating records and databases
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Attending meetings
  • Organising events
  • Taking minutes of meetings

What We Need From You:

  • x5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C and above
  • 12 months experience in an administration role
  • Strong computer and customer service skills
  • Minute taking experience
  • The ability to work well with others in an office environment
