2 Project Administrator urgently needed for an immediate start to work in Antrim Area Hospital and Holywell Hospital. The hours of work for this post will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a rate of pay of £12.86 per hour. This post is set to last for a minimum of 3 months however this can be extended for the right candidate. The main job duties of this role will be:

  • Assisting the Project Manager and Core Group by providing administrative support including typing, photocopying, and diary responsibilities.
  • To set up and service a range of meetings for Project Board, Project Team and Project Sub Group and Minute taking and preparation of meetings
  • Use a range of microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc. 
  • To aid the Senior Project Administrator in the servicing of design team workshops with key stakeholders by capturing discussions, key decisions and actions.

What we need from you:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in business related subject plus 2 year’s clerical / secretarial experience
  • 5 GCSE ‘O’ Levels (for equivalent) plus 3 year’s clerical/secretarial experience.
  • Hold a full driving licence

What we will offer you:

  • £12.86 per hour.
