Property Officer – Antrim

Property Officer required for the Estate Services department in our Antrim Based Hospital. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM, this is a full time role that comes with the flexibility to work around you. Successful candidates will be offered an immediate start with a pay rate of £13.84 per hour.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of trust properties ranging between Glengormley and Cookstown. This role is highly computer based and the main duties will include updating management records with new information surrounding rent, rates, insurance etc. You will also be liaising with Land and Property Services for evaluations on properties such as Health centres and Pharmacies.

What We Need From You:

• 5 GCSES including Maths and English
• 2 years’ experience in Business Management
