Receptionist/Administrator

First Choice are delighted to be recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for our client based in Dundonald. The hours of the role are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, and the salary for the post is £10.37 per hour. It is initially a temporary for a minimum of 3 months.
Main Duties
- Answering and redirecting calls
- Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information
- Maintenance of filing systems
- Patient interaction
- General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.
Essential Criteria
- Four GCSEs Grades A-C including English and Maths OR One year’s relevant clerical experience.
- Excellent computer skills
Package:
- Salary £10.37 per hour
- Hours of work are between 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (with a one-hour lunch break each day)
- Inclusion into the company pension provider
- A minimum of 28 days Annual leave
