Roofer – Newtownabbey

Roofer required to work with our client – Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

This position will be based in Cloughfern Avenue, Newtownabbey.

Initially the role will be for 3 months on a temporary basis with possibility of an extension based on job performance.

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm.

The rate of pay is £13.91 per hour.

The main duties include removing old roof coverings and replacing with new styles, renewing or rebedding chimney pots, surveying an correctly identifying faults to pitched and flat roofs, correctly replacing slates or tile patches, corresponding with other trade professionals and adhering to health and safety regulations whilst operating tools and equipment.

What We Need From You

• Must have at least 1 years roofing experience
• Must be proficient in ICT
• Full clean driving licence with access to own vehicle
• CSR Card
• Must be willing to undergo an Access NI police check
