Sales Administrator ( With Construction Background)
First Choice Selection Services in Lurgan are currently recruiting experienced Sales Administrator for our prestigious client leading supplier of Glass Reinforced Products to Business, Construction and Environment Agencies across Ireland and the UK.
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Previous administration experience ( With construction Background)
- 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English
- Excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge of ALL Microsoft programmes
- Monday-Thursday 08.30 - 16.30
- Friday 08.30 -15.30
