Sales Administrator – French Speaking

We are recruiting a permanent French Speaking Sales Administrator for our client based in Moira, Craigavon.

The successful candidate will be working in a busy sales environment and liaising directly with the factory and sales team to exceed customers expectations. We are looking for someone who has strong written communication and telephone skills in both English and French, to communicate with the clients sales markets in French, Belgium, as well as Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

This position is a Permanent full – time role, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Successful candidates will be offered an annual salary of £26,000 + performance bonus quarterly.

Job Duties Include:

  • Processing orders & quotes
  • Answering queries
  • Providing after-sales support
  • Full credit control activities
  • Complaints handling
  • Communications with transport companies

What We Need From You:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Experience in Credit control and customer service
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in French
