What The Job Is:

Exciting permanent opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk for our client in Ballymena. This role is situated in the picturesque countryside, working with a well-established company with a strong reputation for providing quality animal feed products to a large customer base.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide an excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and working alongside a small team in a busy office environment.

Successful applicants will enjoy an immediate start, working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm with an attractive salary of £21,500 per annum.

What The Job Entails:

  • Receiving customer orders and inputting them onto the system
  • Setting up new clients onto computer system
  • Dispatching and sales invoicing
  • Cash allocations
  • End of month procedures – running off statements etc
  • General office duties to include answering telephones, emails, filing etc

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include Maths and English
  • 6 months’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft documents
