Senior HR Officer Belfast
To Support HR Business Partners in delivering timely HR solutions, advise and support across the service. The primary focus is on day to day management of cases, including implementation of grievance, discipline and dignity at work.
Responsibilities include supporting other HR advisors
Ensuring effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders, including other managers and employees
Support HRBPs to deliver all employee relations across the company.
To prepare documentation for hearings and appeals and industrial Tribunal cases as and when required, this includes liaising with the NIHE legal team when appropriate. Developing and producing reports and monitoring job performance for employees.
Proving high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries and complaints.
Research and developing new HR policies required in accordance with HR best practice.
