Due to an increase in demand from existing and new clients we are currently seeking bright, diligent and determined Support and Resourcing Consultants to join us in our Belfast Office. The successful candidate will become part of an already established team of Consultants and Sales Support Staff.

Job Duties

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Providing an effective research service for the Sales Consultants in the team
  • Identifying suitable prospective clients for personal visits with a view to attracting new business
  • Assisting in the setting up of appointments and field sales visits
  • Data Entry and utilising customer databases
  • Maintaining internal paperwork systems
  • Candidate Communication
  • Advertising and Marketing all Current Roles
  • Essential Criteria

  • 12 months experience in a customer service, office based role
  • Experience in researching and identifying business opportunities
  • Experience in working with a range of internal and external customers
  • 5 GCSE’s grade A- C including Maths and English
  • An ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • A highly professional and reliable attitude
  • A capability to complete paperwork and maintain our high standards

    The Nitty Gritty:

    • Office hours are Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
    • 1 Hour Lunch Break
    • 24 Hour on call service rota that all staff partake of
